In the light of International Women’s Day, we cordially invite you to an Online-Session on ‘Menstrual Product Safety, Innovation & Responsibility for Women’s Health’ on 26 March 2026 from 1.30-2.45 pm CET.

The session builds on our the event “Menstrual Product Safety in the Spotlight: Moving From Evidence to Action on Women’s Health”, which was organised last year by the Gates Foundation, Siemens Stiftung, The Sanitation and Hygiene Fund, and GIZ.

We look forward to an exchange around:

  • Global safety standards for menstrual products – what exists, what is missing, and why it matters.
  • Quality assurance and project insights from GIZ and partners.
  • Innovation and responsible scaling of sustainable and plastic-free product solutions.

The event will be moderated by Belinda Abraham (Viva con Agua)

The event will be held in English and will be recorded.

We look forward to your participation and an engaging exchange.
